Account and data deletion

At KoraWise we want you to always be in control of your data and your child's data. This page explains how you can delete your account and all associated information. The service is provided by Improving Psicopedagogia Sociedad Civil Profesional (Tax ID J66829102), with registered address at C. Torras i Pujalt 12-20 baixos A, 08022 Barcelona, Spain.

How to delete your account from the app

If you have the app installed, you can delete your account yourself at any time:

1. Open the KoraWise app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Open My data.
4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

How to request deletion if you don't have the app

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access it, write to us at info@korawise.app from the email address you registered with, stating that you want to delete your account. We will process it within a maximum of 30 days.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed, including:

• Your account and login credentials.
• Your profile and family context data.
• Your children's data (name or alias, age, and diary observations).
• Your conversation history with Kora.
• Your progress, completed lessons and activity records.

What data is kept and for how long

Once your account is deleted, we do not keep any personal data, except for information we are legally required to retain for a set period (for example, billing data, which tax regulations require us to keep). This data is stored in a limited way and solely to comply with legal obligations, and is deleted once the corresponding period ends.
